Delivery is free in the Dublin area.

Our expert Trolley Delivery includes placing the logs exactly where you want them. This includes, if requested, hand stacking your delivery where your firewood is stacked and stored.
We will unload your order and place it in your shed or garage or wherever we can have access to our hand trolleys. This type of delivery works specifically well for Barrow bags and for harder-to-reach locations or where it’s not possible to go with the hand pallet truck and a pallet.
We will give you a delivery date within 24 hours of ordering.
In recognition of responsible recycling, we will take back the used bags from you on your next delivery or we encourage you to use the bags/sacks for your own storage needs.

We place it wherever you want in a neatly organized fashion, be that on your Fire rack, Storage shed etc. We can stack your firewood either outdoors or inside your home. We can go upstairs or downstairs, and simply want to ensure your satisfaction. Just tell our Delivery drivers where you’d like your wood, and they’ll stack it to meet your unique requirements.
Stress-free delivery experience: With the Sticks.ie methods, no one even essentially needs be home during the firewood delivery. Just tell us where you’d like your wood, and they’ll place your orders to meet your unique needs. They’ll take photographs of the delivery area to be one step ahead on the next order for a precise, quick, and seamless firewood conveyance and notify you that the order has been delivered.
Additional delivery information for Crates and Bulk bags: We use a tail lift van for deliveries.
If ordering the crates or bulk bags it is important to make sure that driveway is smooth for the delivery (i.e. not loose gravel or a steep incline). Also, please ensure that your delivery area is large enough to accommodate this size of the vehicle. The surface of the area should be level, not on a slope, and made of sturdy material, rather than grass. We cannot deliver pallets if the access road offers a smaller clearance space than is required, see industry instructions for Tail lift vans in diagram.
If the ground is not smooth, then please consider our Barrow bags.
The Barrow bags can be brought either through the house or at the side to the back should you wish. This ensures the logs are delivered to where you want them to be. There is no need to empty the barrow bags, your wood will remain clean and dry if stored in a garage or shed.
Storage
Our Delivery experts will gladly unload and stack your firewood in any place of your choosing. For the longevity of your firewood, make sure you store it somewhere that is:
Covered: Keep your firewood protected from rain, snow, and wind by covering it with a canvas tarp, angled roof, or rack cover. You could also store it inside a small woodshed near your home. Doing this prevents it from being exposed to the elements and sustaining damage or absorbing moisture.
Off the ground: Always stack firewood off the ground. Otherwise, you risk pest infestation or moisture transferring from the dirt to your wood. That issue can cause wood rot or render your firewood difficult to light. Instead, stack your wood on a raised platform or a sturdy slab made of wood or concrete.
Near adequate airflow: Adequate airflow is the best way to preserve your wood’s integrity and maintain its effectiveness and aroma. Airflow will also combat any moisture that has made its way into your storage area. Make sure wherever you choose to store your lumber is well ventilated and be sure to avoid stacking the firewood too compactly for the bottom layers to access fresh air.
Away from the foundation: Always keep firewood several feet away from the foundation of your home, preferably in a raised rack, to keep insects at bay and protect your foundation from accidental damage.
When you choose high-quality indoor fireplace wood from Sticks, your delivery will be more than practical — our wood also looks great when displayed in your home. If you’re stacking your wood indoors, similar storage rules apply as when you store firewood outdoors. Choose a ventilated storage area near your fireplace or wood stove for greatest comfort and convenience. Do not store wood in any areas of the home that are exceptionally moist or humid, such as your utility room, directly under a Condenser dryer.
